Today I am bringing you Flava in ya Ear via the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. "Whine Up" featuring Elephant Man is Kat DeLuna's debut single off of her upcoming album,9 Lives. As a cross-over artist, the 19-year-old gives us a unique blend of reggae,latin jazz,pop,meringue,hip-Hop,r&b,to name a few. The young songtress who was born in the Bronx and then raised in the Dominican Republic is surely to leave an impression on her audience.
