Amy Winehouse was arrested Thursday in Norway for marijuana possession, police in Bergen confirm to PEOPLE.
Authorities, acting on a tip "from a good source," arrested the 24-year-old singer, husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a male member of her touring party at around 6 p.m. in Bergen's Radisson SAS Hotel, a police source tells PEOPLE. They found .25 ounces of marijuana in the singer's room.
The three were held for about 12 hours in separate cells, fined and then released.
Winehouse and Fielder-Civil paid a 500 euro ($714) fine, while the member of her touring party, Alexander Foden, who creates Amy's hairpieces, paid a 350 euro ($500) penalty.
"She paid the fine and she was released," a police source told PEOPLE. She and Fielder-Civil were "very cooperative. It's over."

In this edition of Konfections Unwrapped,we are going to be unraveling this mystery of Neyo and "the tranny" . As many of you may know,today is Ne-yo's birthday. In the couple of days leading up to his birthday, specifically October 16th and 17th,Neyo had a couple of birthday bashes. The first bash was at Rolling Stone Tuesdays at Retox in NYC. The second bash was at club Tribecca Rooftop in NYC. 
This picture here started it all. On October 16Th,singer Neyo celebrated his birthday at Retox in NYC. This picture which is spreading through out the web like hot fire is of Neyo and a guest at his party. I, must agree with the masses that this person resembles a tranny of some sort. I must also add that Neyo took a bunch of pictures with a number of people on that day so we shouldn't draw to conclusions just yet.......but wait!
The following day on October 17th,Ne-yo's "tranny" friend was spotted yet again at Ne-yo's second birthday bash at Tribecca. Who is this lady person?

Conclusion: I can not conclude that Ne-yo is dating this lady tranny person. I,however,can say that Ne-yo enjoyed his birthday on both nights and was seen taking pictures with many others besides Lady "T". Happy Birthday,Neyo.
