R&B star Ray J watches his controversial sex tape regularly, so he can analyze and critique his bedroom performance.The singer is the star of a saucy video he shot with his ex-girlfriend, socialite Kim Kardashian, during a vacation in Mexico.While he insists he never sits down and watches it with friends, he uses it as an educational tool so he can study and improve on his performance.He tells talk show host Tyra Banks, "I would never watch that with one of my friends but I did watch it to watch my performance. It's kind of like a football game and afterwards you watch the game and see how you can get better at it."
