The report is a devastating indictment.The nation is in the middle of a public health crisis that is deteriorating rapidly, and we are treating it like an inconvenience.Obesity costs $117 billion a year in preventable healthcare expenditures and is pushing the healthcare system to the breaking point.---- senior vice president of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which sponsored the study.

Basically eating too,too much of anything(not just chocolates) will make you obese. According to officials from the Trust For America's Health,Americans are way too fat. Mississippi is the fattest state in the country and Colorado is the leanest? Mississippi is said to have more than 30% of its residents classified as Obese,but 47 States are above the 20% mark. Obesity,it appears, is increasing at a rapid rate!What about childhood obesity, you ask? 22.8% of Washington D.C's young residents are Obese. Not surprisingly,the highest obesity rates were found in the Southern States. Darn those delicious butter biscuits and Fried Chicken!!!!!!! So delicious-maybe i will have that for lunch.

Moderation,i think, is the key to fighting obesity. So i say Live,Love,and eat a little bit of Chocolates!

Pras from the Fugees is saying that Lauryn Hill is mentally ill! What the fudge? I don't know if i would go that far. I definitely feel that something is not right with Lauryn Hill,but mental illness?(that is serious).In additon,he blames Lauryn Hill for the Fugees not reuniting.
In an interview with AJ's PlayHouse ,Pras says that he doesn't want to believe that Lauryn Hill is bipolar,but if the shoe fits.... Wow, the Fugees have fallen off, not to mention that Pras claims that he was homeless for nine days and he documented everything! Listen HERE

OK,so maybe they are not edible,but they should be! Goodness, i have never wanted to eat sneakers before(lol). Angela and Vanessa Simmons from MTV reality show Run's House have put their foot into this venture with their launching of Pastry Footwear. Rev. Run's daughters have debuted their sneaker collection and boy is my mouth salivating. It looks like these two girls are doing big things with Vanessa(23) starting her acting debut on Guiding Light and Angela Simmon's(19) launching of her magazine "Angela's Rundown". The cake Collection is probably one of my favorites because well,go figure!
