Here are some eyecandy from the Red carpet. beyonce looked good in her mint green dress(although she has looked better n other occasions). Cameron diaz and dicaprio looked exquisite as well. The crowd favorite however was penelope cruz in a peach dress. Sweetness!!!!!




I do not know how i feel about this look. i have seen her look better. She shouldn't have donned the jacket. She looked better without the jacket. All in all, she did win an oscar which is umprecedented for an ex-american idol contestant.





These were some of my least favorite looks. Outrageous looks!!!!!!! I cannot write anymore than that about these three individuals, whose names i will not mention in this post.

POP FLAVOR-Foxy Brown Arrested

Well, Nicole Richie,Daughter of singer Lionel Richie, has been charged with DUI for driving under the influence last december. Truth be told, i am so tired of hearing about overly-priviledged individuals not being fully aware of how blessed they are. I hope she gets help for what apparently seems to be a drug-related problem. For sometime now Ms. Richie has denied having any eating disorders when it is appparent to the world that she does. I do pray and hope that she seeks help.

In other news,rapper Foxy Brown, has been arrested for causing commotion at a beauty supply store. Again, priviledged individuals!!!I have nothing more to say about this ill-tempered individual. Seek some help, Foxy Brown.

POP FLAVOR-Anna nicole Smith Dead at 39-Not so sweet news

Well, it is true. Anna Nicole Smith, former playboy playmate of the year, is dead at the age of 39. The news came to us today that the model turned reality tv star was found unresponsive in Hollywood, Florida-the cause of her death is still unknown. Why just five months ago, her son Daniel smith, died in the Bahamas three days after she had given birth to her daughter.
The beautiful blond bombshell has certainly made a mark with us and will surely always be remembered. My condolescences go out to her family and friends. It is times like this that we should remember to not take anything or anyone in life for granted. May she rest in eternal peace. live,Love,and eat chocolates

Why? Why is this lady's death still being spoken about? The latest news is that she and her boyfriend who died in a car crash in 1997 were to be married. What concern of ours is it to know whether or not this lady was engaged before she died? Why can't lady Diana rest in peace? Why must we continue to drudge up her tragic death? i, say, let Lady Diana rest in peace. Imagine how her family must feel everytime they read a newspaper and read these speculations being made about their deceased. How do you think they would feel? Not so great, i would predict. Lady Diana has been dead for nearly 9 years yet tabloids and the media alike continue to speculate about her death . Where does the obsession end? In this particular case, Obsession resulted in the death of a young woman.

"Deaths from global warming will double in just 25 years.'"Wow, that is a scary thought. When i think about what our future may look like , i become very concern. What indeed will our future look like? Is there a future for our children if we continue down this path? I urge all of you to watch An Inconvenient Truth. Make the DVD a stocking stuffer, why don't you? It is time that we take responsibility for contributing to the slowly diminishing place that is our home. Let us give back for a change, before we all end up in the abyss that is awaiting us.
This monthly eyecandy isn't so pretty or tasty. It may indeed be an inconvenience to many of you to hear about global warming and its affects; lets do something about global warming before it really inconveniences all of us.

Oh, my god!!!!! These chocolate cookies are to die for. They are delicious! I could no longer keep it a secret. These melt-in your mouth greatness are too good to be true. And why shouldn't they be? They are Godiva cookies!!!!!Enough about these chocolate yumyums!!!!How has everyone bee? Great, I hope.

Sweet Thanksgiving

Well, I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAD A PLEASANT THANKSGIVING! I, for one, ate too much!!!! In fact, I gained a good five pounds over the weekend. Thus it is time for me to take a step back and re-evaluate my eating plans. I believe that one should be able to enjoy whatever it is that she/he wants to enjoy, just in moderation. Therefore, i need to take some of this weight off before Christmas rolls by.
Today i would like to give alternatives as to how to create a healthy lifestyle. As much as i love chocolates, i am all for eating in moderation. Today i will give you a salad recipe of mine that i find to be delicious and fulfilling .Enjoy


4 cups full of lettuce
some onions(the more the merrier)
Tomatoes(the more the merrier)
olives(as many as you want)
1 can of tuna
Your favorite dressing(i prefer french or caesar)

Of all the foods that i had this past weekend, the desserts were my favorite, of course!!! Sweet potatoe pies and more sweet potatoe pies. HMMMM...So tasty!!!! What was yours?!!!
